In these 2 days, Alberto Villoldo will show you how to transform your shadows and the dark sides of your soul into light and how to reclaim your power from the pain. You will learn the valuable and ancient techniques that will enable you to heal your shadows and turn the demons into allies.
We live in a time of crisis and chaos
Do you feel burdened by your inner shadows in these difficult times? We are in a time of great darkness, when the ‘gates of hell’ have opened and creatures from the underworld are wreaking havoc in our world. This leads to the inner demons within us being awakened and drawing our attention to the hidden aspects of our own shadow.
Our shadows arise from avoided pain, or as Carl Jung explains – from unresolved parts of our personality. We often project these dark sides onto others in order to avoid our own pain and thus create enemies, be it politicians, the boss or others.
As a shaman, you learn not to have enemies in this world or the next by healing yourself. Therefore, you will learn how to heal your soul by acknowledging the conflicts within you and reconciling with them. This means that the outside world has less and less influence on you and your emotional state.

About Alberto Villoldo
Alberto Villoldo is a medical anthropologist and psychologist who has been studying the spiritual practices of the Amazon and the Andes for more than 25 years.
During his time at the University of San Francisco, he founded the Biological Self-Regulation Laboratory to study how the mind affects health or disease.
As founder of the Four Winds Society, he teaches the practice of energy medicine to people around the world. Dr. Villoldo has written numerous best-selling books, including One Spirit Medicine; Power Up Your Brain; Shaman, Healer, Sage and The Four Insights.
