Progressive Retreat

A transformative experience

During the Progressive Retreat:

Dr. Joe presents you with transformative information based on the latest research. By combining quantum physics, neuroscience, neuroendocrinology, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics, and electromagnetism (to name a few), Dr Joe builds a model of understanding that reveals ways to better harness your potential.

During the event you will have many opportunities to apply, experience and practice the knowledge and meditation – while learning what you are doing and why you are doing it. You will be guided by Dr Joe through a series of interactive exercises and deepening meditations.

At the Progressive Retreat you learn:

  • disconnect from daily life and open yourself up to new potentials.
  • how you master the present moment and what that means.
  • understand how your personality creates your personal reality.
  • more about brainwaves and how you can go beyond the analytical mind.
  • more about the coherence of brain and heart and what it really means to change.
  • to delve into deeper layers of the subconscious.
  • to change beliefs and perceptions.
  • release emotional energy stored in the body and use it for a new purpose.
  • and practise “pulling the mind out of the body”.
  • energize your brain and open your heart.
  • from the Newton model to the quantum model.
  • develop your attention and awareness into a skill.

Over the years, participants have reported feeling like a different person after attending Dr Joe’s retreats. By practicing and continuing to use the tools and techniques from these workshops, you have a greater chance of experiencing positive, powerful and profound changes in your life.

About

Dr Joe Dispenza

New York Times bestselling author, researcher, lecturer and business consultant Dr Joe Dispenza has developed a practical formula that can help people change their lives.

Dr Joe Dispenza’s mission is to unite complex branches of science in an understandable way – focusing on proven research, “stories of transformation” and the scientific data behind spontaneous remission. Inspired by the latest findings in neuroscience, psychoneuroimmunology, epigenetics and quantum physics, his work integrates essential knowledge about the mind-body connection – and teaches people to better manage challenges in different areas of their lives.

Since 2010, he has been working with renowned scientists and universities – including the University of California San Diego, Harvard University and Stanford University – to research the effects of meditation on the brain and body.
