Catering & Menu
We have planned a morning break with coffee and snacks for you on both days, Wednesday and Thursday. Please note that this break is not the equivalent of a full breakfast. We therefore recommend coming to the event well fortified. There is also a little refreshment in the afternoon.
You can choose from the following options for your lunch break:
Wednesday: Poké Bowl: Salmon | sticky rice | edamame | mango | ringliberries | ginger | cashews | Asian dressing -> Vegan with crispy tofu
Dessert: Orange TiramiSù – gluten-free vegan
Thursday: Chicken bowl: quinoa | wakame | beetroot | sprouts | mango | pineapple ponzu sauce -> vegan with planted chicken if desired
Dessert: coconut panna cotta – date nut crumble – lemon crème – gluten-free vegan
- Gluten-free: All menus are gluten-free meals.
The break lasts up to 90 minutes, giving you enough time to enjoy your meal in peace. Please be patient, we have 8000 like-minded people at the event, so it may take a while to get the food.
On Tuesday we will provide drinking water, but there will also be a kiosk on site where you can buy snacks.
We would like to point out that lunch and snacks on Wednesday and Thursday during the breaks are already included in your participation fee.

The principle of “free choice of seat – first come, first serve” applies here. To ensure that you get your preferred seat, we therefore recommend that you return to your seat in good time.
Am I allowed to leave the premises?
During the retreat and the breaks, it is no problem at all to leave the premises, be it to have a meal or take a short break. You can leave the premises at will and return later without any problems.
You can re-enter the hall at any time with the wristband you received at the entrance on the first day.
Our recommendation: If you want to get some fresh air during the break, we recommend the Merian Gardens directly behind the St. Jakobshalle: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZPYMZb6Dxv6HvdWM6
